One website, two clear paths: chronic pain and chiropractic

Your site was built for chronic pain patients, and it has done that job well. Now it needs to bring in chiropractic patients too, without losing the rankings and trust you've built. We'll rebuild it on GeneratePress with a structure that sends each visitor down the right path, keeps your SEO intact and is accessible from the ground up.

Fixed price

What we heard on our call

The new structure

Two very different visitors, each with a journey written for them.

Chronic pain · mostly 65+

Reassure, inform, then call

They've been through a lot of care already and want proof before they reach out.

  1. Types of pain and treatment pages
  2. Success stories and the webinar
  3. No-cost consultation, with the phone number large and tappable on every page
Chiropractic

Find, book, be seen

They know what they want and need a quick, local answer.

  1. New chiropractic section with service pages written for Cedar Rapids search
  2. Conditions, what to expect and insurance at a glance
  3. Book online or call, in two taps
Home page: clear choice at the top, "I live with chronic pain" or "I need a chiropractor", then each path takes over.

A first look at your new home page

A concept to show the direction: calm and trustworthy for your chronic pain patients, quick and clear for chiropractic, with the phone number never more than a tap away. The final design is done in Milestone 2 with your own photography.

Concept only · hover the two paths · on phones, Call and Book stay pinned to the bottom of every page

What's included

Rebuild on GeneratePress

Every page rebuilt in the block editor with reusable blocks and site-wide styles, so you can add a page or blog post without touching code. Designed mobile first, with larger type and high contrast for your older readers.

SEO preservation

Before we change anything, our SEO team finds which pages rank and why (scar tissue, for example). Ranking pages keep their content and URL, every changed URL gets a one-to-one redirect, and we watch Search Console for three weeks after launch.

Local SEO for chiropractic

Keyword research for chiropractic in Cedar Rapids, up to 6 new chiropractic service pages drafted by our team for your review, schema markup for your clinic, providers and services, and a Google Business Profile check.

Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA

Screen reader support, colour contrast, keyboard navigation, heading order, labelled forms and alt text on every photo, tested page by page. No overlay plugins.

GoHighLevel + tracking

Google Tag Manager and GA4 set up across InMotionPainSolutions.com and InMotionPain.com as one journey, with source, campaign and Google click ID passed into GoHighLevel on every form and the quiz. Tested end to end from a real ad click.

Speed and photos

Your photo library resized for desktop, tablet and mobile, compressed and lazy-loaded. Target: 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights for the main page templates at launch.

Your site, your accounts

We build on a private staging site, then launch on your hosting and domain. You have full admin access throughout.

Training + 30 days of fixes

A recorded walkthrough on adding blog posts, pages and photos, plus 30 days of free fixes after launch.

What we checked before quoting

Reviewed

Your current site

About 53 pages and 6 blog posts, including 20 success stories, 7 pain type pages and 6 treatment pages, built on Elementor. Only one page covers chiropractic today, so the chiropractic section is new.

Plan for it

Accessibility rules

If the clinic bills Medicare, HHS rules require websites to meet WCAG 2.1 AA by May 2027 (15+ staff) or May 2028 (smaller clinics). We'll build to that standard from day one.

Depends on Practice Studio

Online booking tracking

Bookings go straight into your EHR. If its booking page allows a tracking code, we track completed bookings. If not, we track "reached booking" as the conversion, as we discussed.

Built in

HIPAA boundary

Website forms collect only name, contact details and interest. Anything medical stays in your HIPAA-compliant GoHighLevel forms, and no patient details are sent to Google.

Milestones and pricing

Milestone 1
Weeks 1–2

Audit and new sitemap

SEO audit of what ranks, keyword research, full URL and redirect map, and the new two-path sitemap for your sign-off.

$1,500
Milestone 2
Weeks 2–3

Design

Home page and key templates (service, pain type, success story, chiropractic, blog), desktop and mobile, built around your brand.

$2,000
Milestone 3
Weeks 4–6

Build and content

All pages rebuilt on staging, content and photos moved across, new chiropractic pages written and added, schema in place.

$3,000
Milestone 4
Weeks 7–8

Tracking, testing and launch

GTM, GA4 and GoHighLevel tracking, accessibility and speed testing page by page, redirects live, launch on your hosting, training.

$2,000
Total fixed price$8,500

Your $5,000 ballpark would cover a standard rebuild. The difference is the parts that protect the business: moving ~60 pages without losing rankings, building and testing to WCAG 2.1 AA, a new chiropractic section written for local search, and fixing lead tracking properly.

After launch: care plans

You mentioned you don't expect to change the site much, but you want it secure, backed up and up to date. Here's what we'd recommend.

PlanWhat it coversMonthly
EssentialMonthly WordPress and plugin updates (tested on staging), daily backups, uptime monitoring$99
Standard RecommendedEverything in Essential, weekly updates, security monitoring and malware scans, 1 hour of changes each month$199
PriorityEverything in Standard, same-day response on urgent issues, 3 hours of changes, monthly SEO and speed report$349
Ad hoc workNew pages, landing pages and larger changes$40 / hour

When is it done?

The project is complete when the new site is live on your domain, every old URL redirects correctly, chronic pain and chiropractic visitors each have a clear path to call or book, and a test lead from an ad click shows up in GoHighLevel with the right source.
